I average 5-10 sign ups per day, have V2 Recaptcha, and email validation set to required. Nearly every day I have a user complain about not being able to register. I usually then create the account myself for them, or advise them to register the account first and then complete the checkout process. I take into account that some people may be trying to register from their corporate networks and that the validation email maybe blocked. Also timeout period of Google Recaptcha. However I do not think it it limited to this only. It is hard to determine what the problem may be if you cannot see what the customer is experiencing. Hotclutch Posted December 4, 2024 Author Share Posted December 4, 2024 Here is another complaint from a customer, verbatim: " I have tried over 6 times to create an account so that I can order a xxx; from both mobile as well as desktop I am unable to do so. Mobile the form expires, desktop I am unable to click on "Create" despite all info being filled in, captur being ticked and verification code completed. "Create" is greyed out.
