paulo123 Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 (edited) Hi, I used osc v. 2.2 many years ago, and I have installed it to dozens of companies and then I migrated to Woo. This weekend I installed the new V4, that is fantastic in many points and I was quite impessed. Now I see a possible bug or lac of skill from my part. 1. I cannot SAVE new products in the database, linked to a new category or existent and active category, it stays SAVING for hours and only an empty product is saved 2. I tried to copy an existent product from the demo, and edit it, place under a new category and it doesn't SAVE as well, I try to edit an existent product in an existent working and visible category and it doesn't SAVE the changes I did as well. 3. After trying Safari, Firefox and Chrome for dozens of hours I figured out (just right now) that the Stock quantity is not being saved, starts that stock assignment is not visible when adding a new product but is visible when editing a product EMPTY result of an error, then I set 10 Qty and it come back to zero as soon as I click SAVE or before, looks like it is a jQuery temporary saving script before the final DB saving. Even though, the product supposed to be saved with of the entered data and photos. Any clue I really appreciate, I host in an Apache shared host in my own reseller account and and my osc4 installation is 4.14XXXX as attached. Kindest Regards, Paulo The latest error log: 2024-11-13 05:53:36 [96.20.87.168][-][pi4agj0snp29a2bfekd6tivkfj][error][Error] Error: Undefined constant "backend\controllers\SUPPLIER_UPDATE_PRICE_MODE" in /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/backend/controllers/CategoriesController.php:3924 Stack trace: #0 [internal function]: backend\controllers\CategoriesController->actionProductSubmit() #1 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/vendor/yiisoft/yii2/base/InlineAction.php(57): call_user_func_array() #2 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/vendor/yiisoft/yii2/base/Controller.php(178): yii\base\InlineAction->runWithParams() #3 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/vendor/yiisoft/yii2/base/Module.php(552): yii\base\Controller->runAction() #4 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/vendor/yiisoft/yii2/web/Application.php(103): yii\base\Module->runAction() #5 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/vendor/yiisoft/yii2/base/Application.php(384): yii\web\Application->handleRequest() #6 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/lib/backend/web/index.php(31): yii\base\Application->run() #7 /home/violinsviolins/public_html/admin/index.php(25): require('/home/violinsvi...') #8 {main} Edited November 13, 2024 by paulo123 Quote

paulo123 Posted November 15, 2024 Author Posted November 15, 2024 Hi Pandrei, thanks for the tip, you were 100% right. I fixed dropping the configuration table and replacing with the one in the sql/trueloaded.sql but maybe it weren't necessary, anyways it is done and I re-configured everything from the scratch. Super Thanks for your help. Paulo Quote
