Vivi Posted August 23, 2003 Posted August 23, 2003 I have just installed oscommerce 2.2MS2, and it works almost perfectly. Almost becouse mails aren't working. I don't recive any mail during registration, and mail doesn't go when I send them from Admin Panel ( either from newsletter or mail sending ) . I read about the contributions about smtp and tried to did it, but it didn't work My version of osCommerce is working on Linux Debian + Apache 1.3.26 + PHP 4.1.2 . My MTA is Postfix + Postfix-tls + SASL authentification. Does anybody have similar problem with Postfix+sasl with Oscommerce? All suggestions will be seen nicely.
Guest Posted August 24, 2003 Posted August 24, 2003 Set transport method to sendmail. Linefeed to LF (not CRLF). Check your php.ini file to make sure that the command line is correct for PostFix (you should be able to use the same command from the command line to send email). Hth, Matt
