No receipt enclosed - php/mysql question.

I'm working on a contribution to have an option whether to enclose a receipt or not. I've got it all set up but still being a newbie to php, all I lack is to actually get the value written to the orders table when the order is confirmed.

 

I've added a field of $receipt_include to the orders table and have the radio buttons installed an the value assigned. I've poured over all the checkout_.....php pages and I must be missing it.

 

Can anyone toss me a bone on how I get it written to the orders table with all the other info for that order?
