Getting an error if I try to customize any theme with a

"Some data from your network or your browser has changed, some features will not work, please re-login to fix it."

I know there is a solution going around with an app called "productspropertyfilter"which I don't have installed.

I have also gotten that message when I tried to bring up a page/feature that was removed or mangled.  (ie: subscribers)   Try clicking cancel to that message and navigate to a different page.

Okay! I got it.

This was happening on my local instance and I'm guessing that because I had the theme active for the old URL active. Once I deleted that from the config, no problem.

Still having issues editing the packageslip, but I'm working on it

Hi,

Any thoughts on this error: "Some data from your network or your browser has changed, some features will not work, please re-login to fix it"?

This message appears when I try to edit the Packingslip page. It is showing up only at this one. Pressing cancel does not do any good. After re-login the same thing happens. Changing to a different browser does not help either.

Any thoughts please on how to recover this page

@TeknoLogicTwo things to try: go to settings->Cache Control and clear cache. If that doesn't help, look at the Error Log Viewer in Tools to see if any problems are showing.

@Jack_mcs, thank you for your reply.

As suggested I cleared the cache. Which unforunately did not recover the packing slip page. The same error message appears.

Then I looked at the Error Log Viewer, which basically shows an empty grid (should there be files visible?). I did download all the backend logs, however the files within the zip file were last modified before today (25-11-2024).

Any suggestions?

Go into the Theme section and set the mode to expert, if it isn't already. Then edit your theme, click pages and open the packing slip page. Does it load correctly?

I don't understand what you mean by an empty grid since your image shows there are log files. I don't know if an error entry will be made when you try to load the packing slip page, though I would think it would, but the logs might show some previous error that will point to the problem. Do you know if the packing slip ever worked or did you make some change before it failed?

When I go to Cache Control and click 'Clear', a spinner appears and I get the following error:

A 500 error can be caused by many things. If nothing shows in the error log you should ask your host about the error. You should also check the server requirements.
