kandah Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 I noticed this strange problem when testing my now nearly completed shop. I made an order for some items and checked out. When i got back to the shop all the items i ordered was gone from the shop, they did not say "out of stock" like i thought they would (yes, i bought all items leaving none left) They were completely gone nowhere to be found! What can i do about this? I dont want to relist all products that run out of stock and of course people should be able to see them even if i dont have them in stock atm. Using Milestone 2.
alverman Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 They are not shown in Catalog but they are still in Administration, go there and re-enable them clicking on the green led next to the product in Catalog > Categories/Products >your product. Better if you want to add a quantity available for that product, otherwise you need to set Configuration > Stock > Allow Checkout = true or Configuration > Check stock level = false. HTH
