newbie try install in localhost

I use AppServ setup up PHP, SQL, Apache envirnoment, I follow the step install successful, but in the admin pages, the warning message: --

 

Warning: main(includes/languages/english/): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in c:appservwwwcatalogadminincludesapplication_top.php on line 193
