New customer under Admin, do we have it?

Maybe i didn't phrase my question clearly. In Admin, under Customers, there's no "new customer" text box like the "new category" or "new product" text boxes under Cagegories/Products. I just want to create a new customer record and save it to mysql database and then display it along with existing records in the list. And doing it it manually because i am not making use of the shopping cart side of OSCommerce and so customer records won't be added in automatically for me. I am only going to take OSCommerce and take out the catalog side and only use the Admin side for administrative use in my company. So anyone know how to do this?Add in all customer records manually just like with its edit function, exactly the same input fields except this time to add the record to the list? Is there any contribution for this? Thanks for any useful input.
