herbsandhelpers Posted September 28 Share Posted September 28 Hello, I have this configured for certain products but when I try to buy the product the Upload ID widget appears but it doesn't work: Pressing Upload button does nothing Trying to drag and drop a file does nothing What do I need to do to get this to work? If I try to proceed I get an error message that says I must upload ID to continue! However it doesn't seem possible to do ..
