removing "Login" or "My Account" feature

Has anyone implemented without account management? I'd like customers to go directly to the checkout/payment steps without having to create a user account or loging in. I don't suppose this is a configuration option in the admin area... at least i didn't find it.

 

Any advice would be appreciated!
