Download Problem Help needed

Hi,

 

I am getting this error when I try download an item.

I have two stores and I am running 2.2MS2 on OS X... if anyone can help please email me..

This only happens when download by redirect is selected, also, the file that is downloaded contains the text above instead of the actual file..
