Linkpoint checkout error

I installed the Linkpoint Basic contribution and I'm getting this error at Linkpoint when checkout is attempted:

The following errors occurred while processing your request:

 

It is not possible to order from the store at this time.

 

Contact the merchant for further information (error 1002)

I have Linkpoint Basic set up with referring url:

and thank you url:

http://www.mystore.net/catalog/checkout_process.php

 

The module is in Production mode.

 

Any thoughts?

by default--oscommerce passes the oscid in the request.querystring

 

i was able to remedy this by selecting the search engine safe url option on the store set-up menu in admin...
