Rumble Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 You're up late :D Open admin/includes/languages/english/default.php or admin/includes/languages/english/index.php (depending on version of oscommerce) Or in your admin panel, click Tool, then Languages, then on default.php and edit it online. Guest Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 Most FTP programs support changing file permissions. Usually if they have a graphical interface, you right click on the file and select properties. The permissions will be somewhere in there. You want 777 or read/write for all three groups. Hth, Matt
dcswiftly Posted August 2, 2003 Author Posted August 2, 2003 tried to change permissions, no luck by right clicking on file i have made progress on computers over the last few years as a middle aged man, so please be patient if i do not grasp first time your advice.
Rumble Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 I use a free FTP program to chmod my files, FTP Surfer, you select the files and change the permission. Reddy to Rumble Thank you osCommerce and all who Contribute to her!
