is is possible to make UPS module quote w/ an account??

hi all, i got a question on the UPS module.

it works fine as i'm testing it but the quote it returned was based on a non-account holder. i have an UPS account and was hoping it'll quote me based on that rate. i did some search but couldn't find anything related. could someone help me out here?

also my USPS is not work either, i debugged around but turned out nothing. any previous exprienced tips would be greatly appreciated!
