Help! Question on pricing products......

I am new to this osCommerce and like it very much.

 

For a flooring store I need to set the store up to show the products with a sq' price but when they purchase they will have to buy a carton which contains several sq' od that product.

 

Is it possible to do that in it's current form or is there a contribution that does something like that?
