import product list

hello

i already have product database in excell file.how i import so i dont have to type all products one bye one.i have 890 products.so how do i import product from excell file to oscommerce

I think the easy populate contribution will do that

hi i first downloaded Download Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit then i added some products then i saved and click on import to db button.then i got this below error.help me please
