gotFusion
OScommerce Version 4.14.63493CentOS v7.9.2009 STANDARD MySQL 8.0.39 PHP Version 8.2.22 I have one customer who migrated from version2 to version 4. All went well with the migration but when they (or I) try to edit the splash theme we get the error shown in the attachment. This issue only shows up with this migration customer. This migrated customer has 450 items in their store. They have decades of sales history within OScommerce
Hotclutch
This warning appears when you change your network connection. The obvious solution is then to logout and login again, which I assume you have tried. I have also noticed that this warning appears after renaming the admin folder. Then you have to change the admin folder name back to admin to work in the theme editor.
gotFusion
Both myself and my customer experience the same error from different physical locations. Both have different admin level usernames. No changed in folder structure, naming, or location from the default install. All themes exhibit the same error

Sorry, I meant when you change your IP address while working in Admin, because I sometimes toggle between a fixed fibre connection and a wireless connection. Did you change the name of the admin dirrectory?
Hotclutch
@pandrei The OP said he did not. But I can confirm that happens when you rename the admin folder. If there is a fix for that please post it for us.

Hotclutch
Thanks, that works. <your store directory>/includes/configure.php<your store directory>/admin/includes/local/configure.php These are the 2 configure files that need to be changed. No changes within the application. I did get it shown to me one day, the next there was the same error message. Today I am unable to see anything except the error message. gotFusion
I am a web hosting provider. Your product comes as an option to the WHM/Cpanel/Softaculous package. I will no longer offer your product to my customers through this hosting control panel package on my equipment.
gotFusion
No Changes to naming of any files or folders from the install default. Both my customer and I cannot start their fully populated store as we are both unable to edit the store template Should I try to upload the default template again? Should I remove and reinstall the store software after backing up the database? I can install another product for them but they have invested considerable time into migrating their store and customer databases from version 2. Let me know how to help them
