Disable Stock Count Tracking

Hi, would like to disable the stock count tracking system is there a way to do so??? I have my shop, i buy stock as I need it, as orders come in. When people place orders, OSC disables the status of that item, can you disable that???

In admin - turn off mark products out of stocl

Subtract stock did the trick!
