Micro_PHP Posted September 12 Share Posted September 12 My site uses osCommerce Online Merchant Old Version v2.2 RC2a. When customers try to use the forgotten password feature, the page refreshes, but no email is sent, and no password is received by the customer. I checked the email configuration in the admin panel and confirmed that the emails are set to be sent as HTML. Sent and received emails appear in the admin, but the issue persists. Please help. herbsandhelpers Posted September 17 Share Posted September 17 Hi, Using OSC4. Are other emails working?
