dcswiftly Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 my existing website is being used solely as a link to other sites as i cannot use it to sell as i need a shopping cart with inventory control. this oscommerce seems appropriate but i am in need of info as to the basic methods to install it and if my existing website can handle the functions it uses. also can the shopping cart check out to paypal as that is my secure checkout site. basically i have a novice standing in these matters and any links to step by step info would be appreciated. thanks for listening to my plea, dcswiftly i have made progress on computers over the last few years as a middle aged man, so please be patient if i do not grasp first time your advice.

If you can't find the answer to what you need to know in any of those places, post here & people will try to help if they can. If you're willing to put in the time & effort to learn how, you can do great things with osC. :D
