in step 2 i got this:

A test connection made to the database was NOT successful.



The error message returned is:



Access denied for user: 'site_commerce@localhost' (Using password: YES)

files permissions are 777

 

DB username is correct

DB password is correct

DB name is correct

 

 

 

any help apreciated

Verify that the user was created as site_commerce@localhost in MySQL and that you are using the database on localhost.
