Option not to purchase items

Hi,

I am trying to set up a site that sells motorcycles and motorcycle accessories. Now the customer wants to be able to place motorcycles in oscommerce but doesn't want them to be able to purchase them online. Is there a way to have a customer viewing a bike to add it to the cart a long with all the accessories they want then instead of checking out contacting them? But still be able to purchase accessories if a bike is not added to the cart.
