MS2 email not working

Has any one else had a problem with emails not working using ms2?

 

I have tried everything I can to get emails from ms2 and have had no luck.

So I tried a fresh install of ms2 on ipower another hosting service than my main site and it has the same problem.

 

I cant send emails from admin/ tools section , new members dont get an email , and updates on orders dont get emails.

 

This is happening on both the different hosting server accounts.

 

If anyone can help I would be most greatful.

Is there an answer?
