The redeemed voucher amount is then added to the customers account. Brilliant. IS THERE ANY WAY FOR THE ADMIN to add the gift voucher amount DIRECTLY to the customers account ????? What would be necessary to set up a button - for example on the 'send gift voucher email page' to add to the customers account. Any advice would be welcome Many thanks Maz :oops: (Yes you guessed it. Ive been trying to get a points systems for ages. I am SO DESPERATE, that I am resorting to Ian's 'shameless plug' as he called it http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/viewtopic.php...ght=gift+points where Ian suggests sending out 'gift vouchers. But I need for the admin to add points. Not the customer via mail redemption. Points will remain say 1p=?1 to keep everything simple. The admin can check whether payments have cleared. Then issue points equivalent to the spend total. If only I can get the admin to add directly to the gift voucher account, then I will rename the WHOLE gift voucher contribution to read Gift Points rather than Gift vouchers). ( At least I am trying until some genus comes up with a true points system).
