Box for HTML above product listing

I've searched the contributions and haven't found anything matching this. I'm looking for something that allows input of text or HTML code, stores it in the database, and then displays it above the relative product listing.

 

For example, if I sell shovels, rakes, and tractors, each will have their own category product listing on the corresponding page and so at the top of the shovel page I could have text (or whatever) about shovel, etc. I would like a "box" (cell) just above the listing where I can insert information about the product category, specials, etc.

 

Anyone know of a contribution like such?
