Moolay Posted July 28, 2003 Posted July 28, 2003 I have set up OSCOMMERCE on my own webserver and i am having problems with the user login. I have set up the session.save_path in the php.ini file and the sessions seam to be writing correctly from oscommerce. However when a user logs in it will not hold the session or cookie that is required to keep the user logged in until the browser is closed. I think it might be an error in my php.ini file with the setup of the cookie save.path or the oscommerce setup in the configuration file. Any help is welcome. Could you please help with info on how to set up the php.ini file or the oscommerce file. Even an example file would be really helpfull. thanks again moolay Moolay [email protected]
Guest Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 Have you tried admin :arrow: Configure :arrow: Sessions :arrow: Force Cookie Use set to True? My php.ini settings for sessions have worked with osCommerce out of the box, so I'm guessing that the defaults are good. Good luck, Matt
