nitro7 Posted July 27, 2003 Posted July 27, 2003 OK Guys I implore your help. I just recently took over updating and maintaing a site that uses osCommerce. I am by no means a rookie with osCommerce. OK now the problem first set up on new server copied content and db from old server to new. Installed ssl certs should be no problems. Wrong open up main page using the secure server and I get mixed content warning. Hmmmm.... Ok lets analyse this. Turned out the programmer who designed the site originally was hot linking the background image from someone elses website.. DUH!!!! Ok fix that and fix some other issues I see end up converting this FrontPage site to all php using common header and footers. I no longer see mix content warnings. I have been all through the site on 3 different computers. No warnings, have had friends of mine all over the site no warnings. The owner of the site is still getting mixed content warnings in the shopping cart. I have checked all posts in these forums regarding these issues and have applied any patches that needed.
