Manual entry of orders and customer accounts

Hello,

 

i am searching for a contribution that allows me to process incoming orders by phone, fax and mail with osc. Is it possible to create user accounts and orders manually e.g. over the admin interface. I do not want to use manual entry or so from P&G. It has too many bugs and is too complicated to install.

 

I only want to be possible to create user accounts and orders over the admin interface.

 

I would be happy if i could get some help.
