loftus Posted July 27, 2003 Posted July 27, 2003 Hi, I haven't been able to find any other posts about this. I'd really appreciate help. To try and keep my question simple - From the 'showcase' store at www.oscommerce.com when adding the printer to the shopping cart you can increase the quantity and the price increases accordingly. However on my site when you incresae the quantity of your order for an item the price appears to sometimes work, and sometimes show up as only 1000th of the real price. EG. >>>>>>>>>>From Showcase store>>>>>> 3 X Hewlett Packard LaserJet 1100Xi*** $1,499.97 Sub-Total: $1,499.97 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>> AND >>>>>>>>From my store>>>>>>>>>>>> 3 X Hewlett Packard LaserJet 1100Xi*** $1.50AUD Sub-Total: $1.50AUD <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>> It would appear that if i order an even number of the product it calculates it correctly. However an odd number will only display the first digit, decimal then the second digit. The problem occurs regardless of tax or currency. Please help Adam __ Regards, Adam
Guest Posted July 27, 2003 Posted July 27, 2003 As i can see, you have changed your default currencies ? When you installed your AUD currency did you set the value to 1.0000000 and checked the set as default box? After that did you press the update currencies button ? Regards The_Bear
loftus Posted July 27, 2003 Author Posted July 27, 2003 Thanks for replying, I changed it to be default. its equal to 1.000000 and i updated it and got the green bar confirming the update. Orders under $100 don't seem to be effected by this problem. I have tried to read all other posts relating to this and cant find anyone else with the same problem. Appreciate any further advice Adam __ Regards, Adam
