Notifications how does it works

Does anybody know how does the "notification" works with OSC?

 

At the end of the order process a customer can click on "inform me about news on this purchased product". How can I as admin send notifications to this customers? Any idea.

 

And even better I searched in the contributions about a function to do direct marektin to selected customers. For this I need to know which customers purcased already the product. Any idea how to make something work? I'm looking for a good programmer to make this. I can deliever all the project details in writen.

In your admin page! Look at tools then newsletter manager! Use the drop down box. There you got it!
