Create account page problem

Can anyone fix the extra texts appear on my create account page? http://cbtmart.com/online/create_account.p...55ed31c574fa704

 

i don't know why i have ?small> after the text box and it always appears before the word "required" :?:

Hi Kevin,

 

It's a long shot, but just try doing a search for "?small>" in your includes/languages/english.php file. And if you come up with anything, try changing every "?small>" to "<small>".
