Guest Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 I've been trying to make a larger image show on the link that accompanies the small image on the product info pages. I've been trying to follow the instructions that I located here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/faq,5-22/q,37 However, I now realize I am working with a version (november 2002) that is newer than these instructions (october 2001) refer to. The instructions do look pretty straightforward for making this work, but I need just a little nudge on this. It appears I need to work with a file called object_info.php instead of product_info.php in the admin/includes/classes folder. Can someone confirm this for me? Also the instructions seem to make no mention of the javascript, which I assume would also need changed. Can someone confirm this also? I did download the "3 Images" contribution and the following line in the readme file scared me off: "NOT ALL FILES ARE COMPATIBLE ACROSS DIFFERENT SNAPSHOTS SO THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU WILL BREAK YOUR STORE " The install I am using was provided by my hosting service, and not one I downloaded so it should be a stable version. I want to thank all in advance for the assistance, and for the guidance on which is the best way to go. Nancy
Guest Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 Thank you so much for your reply. I have located and downloaded the module, and will see if I can get it all working tomorrow. Nancy
TB Posted July 29, 2003 Posted July 29, 2003 I use the 'Dynamic Mo-Pics' contribution, which can be found here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1114 If you would like to see it in action, you can view it here: http://www.turningbase.com/product_info.ph...&products_id=74. I've got it in a vertical column on my store, though the standard format is horizontal below the 'Add to Cart' button, easy to change though. HTH, Tony "The price of success is perseverance.
