10.34 Added to every product

I am testing oscomerce to use an e-comerce aplication and I have a problem

 

 

I have erased all taxes form the database but when I add a product it automaticly increasses the price in 10.34%

 

 

how is this possible????

administration/configuration/my store/set "display price with tax" to false

check your currency settings in admin

I belive that the setings are correct.....

 

 

but pleas tell me were in Admin I check that out (can't find it....)

 

 

I made the change into Euros manually.....
