Uploading an entire csv database

Hi is there any one here who can help me . I have just started to use oscommers and I have been told that I can upload a csv database all at once . can some one please tel me exactle how to do this and if so give me the code and tell me exactly how to create the sql.

 

I have a big databsae and I dont have the time to insert product by produce
