mosc Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 This is a problem for international (Canada) orders only: When a customer goes to checkout, the USPS shipping is automatically selected for a low cost "air letter post" $2.35. (These are small 0.5 lb packages). The user continues through payment information, PayPal IPN, and then at confirmation, the shipping shows up as very expensive Global Express Guaranteed Document Service, $24.00. Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem might be? Thanks in advance... Howard Moscovitz
PM5K Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 Anyone ? I have the same problem. I am using MS1 and I can say for a fact that I didn't used to have these problems but for some reason I do now. I removed all of the contributions I recently added to no avail. You can choose some options, for example about half of them work and the other half always revert to the more expensive Global Express service. I am going to try the shipping methods option to remove some of the other options because I only want to ship via the Global Priority Flat Rate envelopes but I would love to actually fix the problem rather than working around it.
