Taking over my site myself,how do I add a page to my homepag

I have been paying someone to do my site, and they did a good job setting it up. But I had to take matters into my own hands and take over. Anyway new host, and now Im the designer. I want to add a troubleshooting page about powder coating to my homepage menu. How do i do it. Im a true blonde :arrow: :blush: , but I think I can learn. Thanks for any help. Trillion

the person designed this in Front Page 2000. It is cheap and easy to use.

 

you could load it on your pc to make the changes.
