How to reverse an SQL command

I'm sure this is an easy thing to achieve, but how exactly do I reverse this SQL command

 

ALTER TABLE categories ADD categories_status TINYINT(1)  UNSIGNED DEFAULT "1" NOT NULL;

 

I am a newbie and still frightened of SQL and what it can do to my database.
