ninoj Posted July 22, 2003 Posted July 22, 2003 After I set up my installation, I went and changed the admin configure.php file to the correct settings with regard to the database connection. Now when ever I click on any of the link to use the osCommerce admin tool it takes me into the server's admin control panel on the Ensim WebAppliance. Is there something that I am missing?
ninoj Posted July 23, 2003 Author Posted July 23, 2003 The 'xxx' are personla information that I have not posted. I can view the inital page oafter i log into my protected directory, but when I try to click on anything, it takes me to the Ensim webappliance control panel for the site administration. <?php /* $Id: configure.php,v 1.14 2003/02/21 16:55:24 dgw_ Exp $ osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions http://www.oscommerce.com Copyright © 2002 osCommerce Released under the GNU General Public License */ // define our webserver variables // FS = Filesystem (physical) // WS = Webserver (virtual) define('HTTP_SERVER', ''); // eg, http://localhost or - https://localhost should not be NULL for productive servers define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'false'); // secure webserver for catalog module define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', $DOCUMENT_ROOT); // where your pages are located on the server. if $DOCUMENT_ROOT doesnt suit you, replace with your local path. tcpinhead Posted July 23, 2003 Posted July 23, 2003 define('HTTP_SERVER', ''); // eg, http://localhost or - https://localhost should not be NULL for productive servers define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); You should be pointing these to where your catalog is. define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.yoursite.com'); etc. ... your control panel for your site must be located at your_site_root/admin/ and so it finds that for the links.
ninoj Posted July 23, 2003 Author Posted July 23, 2003 hey thanks for the help. The configuration was wrong. I had it fixed. It seems to be up and running really good now. Thanks!
