How do I ship some items USPS and some UPS?

I have a couple of items that could ship USPS. But the majority go UPS.

 

I only have the UPS option selected right now. But for Media Rate items, the shipping for UPS is higher than USPS media rate would be.

 

How can I set individual items for USPS and the rest for UPS?

 

Or can I just set a fixed shipping cost on certain items?
