After install 404 error. Help

I installed the program and played around with it a bit.

 

I hit the check out button and get a 404 not found error for file checkout_shipping.php

 

It is there. I checked that it is.

 

Even tried to reinstall and get the same thing.

 

Any suggestions?

Do you have ssl enabled in the config file?? If so make ssl 'false"
