php error on https?

hello,

i am getting this error when i am under https on catalog:

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpsdocs/catalog/install) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpsdocs:/tmp) in /home/httpd/vhosts/norpacfish.com/httpdocs/catalog/includes/header.php on line 15

 

anyone know how to fix this??

i was thinking about just adding no error reporting to the script..but before i did that i just wanted to see if there is a better way.
