Shipping Modules Need Urgent help

We have been advised by our customers, That the shop has been comming up with Errors and as below are the following erorrs and we need some who know php to help us fix this problem so we can get our shop back to live shop. At the moment the customers cant go past shipping module, we have this working ok last couple of days and all of the sudden the shop is starting to play up. If you have any suggestion please let us know as soon as possible to what can be causing these errors and how to fix this problem please.

we have looked at soem threads and when these errors do come up, it best to check the packing and shipping weights. and we did change the weights to above zero
