Session Read Error

I have read the other posts and I have removed all white space at the bottom of all my include files and I am still getting this. I believe its different than the other problems:

 

Warning: session_start(): read failed: Value too large for defined data type (75) in /localhost/htdocs/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

 

Any idea why I have a read failed. Is it my config in my httpd.conf?

 

Here is what my httpd looks like.

php_value session.auto_start 0

php_value session.use_trans_sid 0

</IfModule>
