In some cases the customer would be picking the item up from our offices if they were in the area and I do not want to charge them shipping. My understanding is that when you set a zone in the flat rate module, that shipping method should only be available when the buyer is in that zone. However, on my system, when I set the zone in the flat rate module, it does not show up no matter where the buyers billing address or shipping addres is. Anybody have a suggestion on this?
