jimdanforth Posted August 12 Share Posted August 12 When a customer adds item to their cart it is reducing the available inventory. We do not want this to happen. jimdanforth Posted August 13 Author Share Posted August 13 Both these answers are correct. I have now disabled the temp stock, and yes, it was not releasing the "held" inventory. There was also an operator error in that the shipping person was not marking the orders complete, and it was creating a false inventory, though it was marked warehouse.
