webosb
Hello, I'm new to OSC and I just successfully installed it on my webserver but now my question is how can I design my page to look more nice. I do my own graphics but I'm not very sure on where to start with OSC. What files am I suppose to edit to do layout changes? Any help would be appreciated. Jaguar
The basic files that most people want to modify are the : for control of left/right box placement: catalog/includes/column_right.php catalog/includes/column_left.php for control of overall application operation (depending upon your verision, the following three may be located in the application_top.php file) catalog/includes/application_top.php catalog/includes/filenames.php catalog/includes/database_tables.php Colors and fonts catalog/styelsheet.css Opening text and environmental changes catalog/includes/languages/engligh/default.php Header and Footer catalog/includes/header.php catalog/includes/footer.php Main Page catalog/default.php Theres more but this should get you started. Also dont forget to check out the Forums and the FAQ section. The contributions also have some cool add-ons that can modify your look and feel. After you have done all of the above - Experiment! That the best way to discover the power of OSC. Loren The great thing about beating your head against the wall is that it feels SO GOOD when you stop!
