verm Posted July 15, 2003 Share Posted July 15, 2003 I have had the password protection set over the admin directory for 8 months and all of a sudden today the user of the site was unable to access the directory. I have tried removing the user; removing the passwords and putting them back on using the Control panel options and nothing works. The only way I can get into the directory is to leave the passwords off completely. Obviously this is something which I don't want to do if possible.
