"Guest" Checkout

The Confirm and Checkout button should remained greyed out until an account is registered. 

When a guest adds to cart, the customer thinks they are able to register their details and checkout all at once. This frustrates the customer and results in inquiries via the contact form reporting an error with the script.

Your customers are right. The checkout form allows the guest to log in (if they are already registered) or create an account at the same time as the purchase.
