DO NOT change the name or path of the admin tool!!!

Just a quick hint:

 

The directions in the INSTALL file of MS2 are somewhat outdated (which is also clearly stated in the files).

As far as I can say, you will get trouble if you change the name or the position of the admin path.

The OSC installer will not be able to update the information in the admin config file then.

Looks somewhat like this on the very last screen of the installation procedure:

Leave the admin path below the catalog path and don't change its name and all goes well...

I've moved my admin to another directory with no problems.

 

OK, it was installed to "admin" to start with. I then just moved the admin directory to "abc", and then edited abc/includes/configure.php and set line 21 (DIR_WS_ADMIN) to be "abc" instead of "admin".

Does this smell like chloroform to you?
