Product Groups

The product group name is displayed instead of the product name in product listing. Is this a setting that can be changed ?

Can you consider giving us an option not to display the group in product listing, and just list the products as usual.

Product groups has a useful feature where all the products in the group have a reciprocal relationship. So if you have a group of 5 products for eg. you only need to make one action to link all the products in the group. Whereas with Xsell, you would need to go to all 5 products to create such links.

Alternatively, can you extend the functionality of Xsell with the groups feature.

Here is a category with 3 products. I want to link the products as related products. 

If i use XSell for this, then I have to go to each product and make the relations.

Now the Group name is displayed in the product listing. Can you give us an option to display either the group OR the regular products in the listing.

Also can you extend the groups widget so that we can change the layout options ?

A product group is a group of products. I don't think it should be adapted for cross-referencing.
